Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING CLASSES:
PrimeHuman utilizes USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL shipping services. Most orders are shipped via USPS 1st class or priority mail. Larger orders are shipped via UPS.
SHIPPING TIMES:
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from West Jordan, Utah, usually within 3 business days.
If you need expedited shipping, please select that option at checkout.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
Once your package has left the PrimeHuman offices, please allow 1-2 business days transit time for USPS Priority Mail Express, 2-3 business days transit for UPS 2nd day air, and 1-2 business days for UPS Overnight.
PLEASE NOTE: Our PrimeHuman offices are closed Saturday's and Sundays, which includes our shipping department, we do not ship on these days. This means if you place an order online during a weekend and select an Expedited Shipping option, your order will ship on the next business day.
FREE SHIPPING:
Domestic includes all contiguous states as well as Hawaii, Alaska, APO and FPO.
Free shipping offer is delivered by USPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We use International carriers including DHL Express International, FedEx International, UPS Worldwide and others, providing tracking numbers upon shipment. Please note that each carrier has different tracking methods, so be sure to check their respective websites for terms and conditions.
Shipping times may vary for all carriers, so we encourage you to check the shipping estimates when selecting shipping methods at checkout. While we strive for timely delivery, please be aware that shipping and customs delays for international shipments are common and beyond our control.
Our shipping fees are consolidated and include shipping, taxes and duty fees all in one. This ensures that you have no surprises with these fees and ensures that your order reaches your doorstep without being stopped at the border.
International shipping costs and duty fees are non-refundable.
For any additional inquiries regarding taxes, duties, VAT, or other fees, please contact the customs/importation department in your country.
Returns:
This guarantee is for a full 15 days. You can return any product within that time for any reason, no-questions-asked. If it has been more than 15 days, unfortunately, there are no refunds or exchanges. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
To return a product, simply contact PrimeHuman email, and our friendly Customer Representatives will discuss the issue with you and help provide you with an RMA number and next steps. Although we offer free shipping to our customers, we do not provide free return shipping labels.

This return policy only applies to retail products purchased directly from PrimeHumanusa.com in Florida and does not apply to Amazon.com or products purchased at grocery locations.

One opened bottle of each product is eligible for return; all other returned products must be clean, undamaged, and in the original sealed container for refund.

Although we offer free shipping to our customers, we do not provide free return shipping.

If you purchased a program/package that involved a package discount and you are not returning the whole package/program, the discounted price is thereby forfeited and any items not returned will be reassessed at the undiscounted individual product price, and the refund amount adjusted accordingly.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, such as your bodyhealth.com order number. Please do not send your purchase back without obtaining a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number first.
Refund Procedure:
Once your authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Afterwhich, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first double check with your bank account. It usually takes 10-14 business days to reflect in your account.

As stated above, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Product Subscriptions:
Subscribers can cancel subscriptions at any time. Please allow up to 7 days for subscriptions to be canceled. We can not refund any recurring payments that happen within this 7 day cancellation period.
